Hearing some weird noises coming from the modem? Don’t fret, here’s how to get unstuck, roughly in the order you should approach any issue.
Every build ships with a built-in manual where you’ll likely find most answers to anything related to configuration, administration and maintenance.
You didn’t see that coming, did you? Turns out the forum software has its own support forum, and it runs, well, on itself. That’s some Inception right there.
Anyhow, if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in the manual, it might be a good idea to ask on the support forum. You can find it at discuss.hyperup.link.
For more informal questions and conversations about Hyperuplink you can also join this XMPP chatroom that’s home to some fine people.
If you’re certain that you found a bug, then the tty.fail issue tracker is the right place to report it on. You can find it here.
Good bug reports include your Hyperuplink version (hyperuplink -v), what you
expected, what happened instead, and the relevant lines from the logs, ideally
with the Level cranked up all the way to "debug". The more details, the
faster it can be fixed.
PS: Please avoid posting feature suggestions on the issue tracker and instead use the Forum for that.
Are you planning to run, or are actively running Hyperuplink commercially or somewhere that needs an SLA? Get in touch.
