The fastest way to reach real humans (maintainers, contributors and fellow sysops) is the chatroom. Asking questions, showing off your Hyperuplink setup or discussing half-baked feature ideas are all fair game.

Forums

The Support Forums are a great place to get help with your own Hyperuplink setup, and to exchange with fellow admins and users at a slower pace.

The blog

Release notes, deep dives and the occasional 3 AM brain dump land on the blog. Point your feed reader at the RSS feed and never miss a signal.
